The Construction Boardroom exists to help construction & Civil subcontractors build stronger, more profitable businesses without losing what makes them great on site.

We’re not a generic training provider, and we’re not here to sell “business theory” dressed up as construction advice. Everything we teach is grounded in the realities subcontractors face every day, tight timelines, contract pressure, labour constraints, cash flow swings, client expectations, and the constant challenge of delivering quality work while running a business in the background.

Our mentors and facilitators understand construction because they’ve lived it. They’ve managed projects, navigated contract risk, handled difficult conversations, and made the hard calls that come with running a subcontracting operation.
